Roelmi HPC USA, part of Roelmi Group, is a fast-growing subsidiary in the field of innovative, high-quality raw materials and ingredients for the Cosmetic and Nutraceutical Industries in conjunction with R&D, production, and technology development.

In view of a new organization in the Sales Department, Roelmi HPC USA is currently hiring a Sales Manager specialized in the cosmetic raw material market for the North American territory.

Reporting to the Sales Director, the responsibilities include:

  • Manage and develop sales in the assigned geographic territory.
  • Manage the budget for the assigned geographic territory.
  • Identify, engage and promote business through research, direct approach, attending tradeshows, and other methods of potential business development.
  • Monitor the market
  • Write/draw up commercial reports
  • Elaborate commercial strategies, proposing different solutions based on the possibilities of each territory in order to maximize the probability of success, i.e.: mainly search and manage key direct customers and opportunities for exclusive distribution contracts.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory 2 to 6 years of experience in the Cosmetic Industry, raw material production companies, distributors or contract manufacturers
  • Proven success within the industry
  • Business or Science Degree (Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry or Chemistry for Pharmaceutical Technology)
  • Availability to travel both domestic and internationally
  • Knowledge of Italian and/or French language preferred
  • Results oriented, customer focused and with an effective and disciplined sales process, having the ability to cultivate relationships at all levels
  • Dynamic, proactive, precise and punctual in carrying out the assigned tasks

The general and economic agreement will be evaluated individually, in relation to the skills, competencies and experience.
